What we actually do.
Scoop, bag, haul, photo. Repeat on your schedule. No missed piles, no forgotten gates, no “I thought you were coming yesterday.”
What happens on every visit
- 1 hour heads-up. We text you an hour before we arrive so you can wrangle indoor dogs or adjust plans.
- Sanitized tools. Boots and scoops get sanitized between every yard — parvovirus, giardia, and kennel cough don’t hitchhike on our equipment.
- Systematic scoop. Corner to corner, front and back, along fence lines and under shrubs. No “mostly got it” — every pile.
- Bagged and hauled off. Everything goes in sealed bags, then into the truck. Your trash bin stays clean; your HOA stays happy.
- Gate closed, photo sent. We double-check the latch and send you a photo so you know your yard’s secure before you get home.
- “Done” SMS. Quick recap message when we’re off the property.
Recurring plans
Same day each week (or every two), automatically. Set it, forget it, stop finding landmines.
Weekly
Our most popular plan. Visits the same day every week. The default recommendation for households with 1–3 dogs who don’t want to think about it.

Every other week. A solid option if you keep up with some scooping yourself but want reliable backup. Same thoroughness, half the cadence.

One-Time Cleanup
Moving in? Moving out? Hosting a backyard graduation? Haven’t scooped since last fall? We’ll have the yard looking (and smelling) fresh in a single visit.

Spring & Fall Deep Clean
Pittsburgh winters hide a lot under the snow. Our seasonal deep clean digs into months of hidden buildup — along fence lines, under shrubs, and in the corners your regular weekly wouldn’t need to visit.

Commercial & HOA
Apartment complexes, HOAs, dog parks, and commercial properties. Custom schedules, volume pricing, invoicing options. Request a quote and we’ll scope it with you.

Yard deodorizer
Pet-safe enzymatic treatment applied at every visit. Neutralizes the lingering smells that survive even a thorough scoop. Two tiers:
- Basic — single-pass retail-grade enzymatic
- Premium — layered pro-grade with antimicrobial residual for longer-lasting effect

Yard sanitization
Veterinary-grade disinfectant kills parvovirus, kennel cough, and other common canine pathogens. Recommended for households with:

Not what we do
- Indoor pet waste, cat litter boxes, or bird cages
- Horse manure, livestock, or farm cleanup
- Reptile, rodent, or exotic-pet waste
- Yards without safe gate access, or properties with unrestrained aggressive dogs during the visit window — we can work with you on a solution, just call and we’ll figure it out
- Areas outside our 18-zip service area (see Service Area)
Weather policy
We service in most weather. Safety-first exceptions:
- Heavy rain or lightning: We may shift to the next available day. Moved visits aren’t charged.
- Ice or dangerous footing: Same — safety over schedule. We’ll text you if we’re shifting the visit.
- Snow: We service as long as piles are findable. Deep powder may mean we return after melt — you’ll get a text either way.
- Extreme heat: During heat advisories we shift to early-morning visits to protect the driver (and your lawn).
