4+ dogs? Weekly adds $7/week for each extra dog. Bi-weekly adds $5/visit per extra dog per visit. Twice-weekly scales up per additional dog: $5/week for the 4th, $7/week for the 5th, $10/week for each beyond that.
Large yard? Properties over half an acre may have a small surcharge — we’ll discuss it before your first visit, never after.

One-time cleanup covers moving in, moving out, post-party damage control, and “I haven’t scooped since last fall.” The spring/fall deep clean digs out what winter buried. Pittsburgh snow hides more than you’d think.
