HOW IT WORKS

Set it and forget it.

No contracts, no apps, no hassle. Here's the full journey — signup to first visit to ongoing rhythm.

Getting started

About 90 seconds of form. Then we take over.

1

Address check

Enter your address on our homepage. We confirm we serve your zip before asking for anything else — no wasted forms.

2

Quick sign-in

Sign in with a Google account. No password to remember, no email verification loop to chase.

3

Tell us about your yard

Number of dogs, gate access, yard size, preferred cadence. About 60 seconds of honest details.

4

Save your card

Stripe handles the payment part — we never see your card number. First visit is free; nothing charges until after we've actually shown up.

Between signup and your first visit

We put you on a driver's route within a few business days. You'll get:

  • A confirmation SMS within an hour of signup
  • Another SMS the day before your first visit with the time window
  • One hour before we arrive, a final "we're on the way" heads-up

Please have ready:

  • Gate unlocked, or the combo / code saved in your profile during signup
  • Lockbox or keypad details — we note them at signup and will ask again if we can't get in
  • Dogs secured inside, unless they're flagged friendly on your service agreement and you've approved it

Each visit, from then on

Same day every week (or every two). We handle the scooping, bagging, hauling, and gate-closed photo. You handle … nothing.

Full 6-step in-visit breakdown is on the Services page — SMS heads-up, sanitized tools, systematic scoop, bagged-and-hauled, gate-closed photo, "done" text.

Managing your service

Pause anytime

Text or call us 48 hours ahead — vacation, remodel, whatever. We skip the week; you don't pay for it.

Adjust your plan

Added a dog? Switched cadence? Text or call and we'll update your plan. Pricing adjusts on your next bill.

Stop anytime

48 hours' notice ends your service. No fees, no lecture, no hassle. Just text us.
